Elyse Davison, owner of Davison Bread Co., shares her passion for culinary arts with food enthusiasts of all skill levels through her cooking classes. From monthly series to one-off events, Davison strives to inspire and empower people to embrace their inner chef. Her classes focus on laying foundations of basic techniques, mastering knife skills, and becoming more confident in preparing a variety of recipes.
In January, Davison is hosting a weekly class that runs on Wednesday evenings at the Meaford Community Centre. Space is limited, with most classes ranging from 6-8 participants. For more information, visit https://www.davisonbreadco.com/.
