Irish eyes were smiling at The Collingwood Brewery on March 14th when the taproom hosted its second St. Patrick’s Day celebration. The event welcomed fifty locals to eat, drink, and be merry while enjoying entertainment from an East Coast Celtic band at well as a local Irish dance troupe.
With plenty of green beer on tap and food supplied by Cabin Bistro, the evening encouraged visitors to ring in the weekend with festive Irish cheer. Many visitors were local regulars who cite that the brewery has become a trusted hub for great entertainment, quality products, and plenty of fun.
