As the seasons change, residents from around the region are getting excited to begin their spring renovations, landscaping, and gardening. The Home & Garden Show, put on by the Wasaga Beach Lions Club, is always a popular event that helps get those spring projects off the ground, and this year was no exception.
With eighty vendors representing a wide variety of local businesses from small to large, visitors were able to speak to representatives from a multitude of industries including home renovation specialists, heating and cooling companies, real estate, crafts and hobbies, and more. The event draws around 2000 visitors annually over the course of its two-day run, and the Lions Club puts all proceeds from the show right back into the community through goodwill and outreach initiatives.
This year the show ran from April 12th-13th at the RecPlex and drew crowds from Simcoe, Clearview, and Springwater. For more information, visit https://e-clubhouse.org/sites/wasagabeach/
