Stand-up comedy continues to grow in both frequency and popularity throughout South Georgian Bay, and Creemore Springs is thrilled to be one of the trusted providers. Most recently, it hosted its second annual April Fool’s show, organized by local comedian Steph McLarty, which was once again a sold out success.
The evening featured comedians such as Jay Ellis, Jesse Ralph, and headliner Cathy Boyd, and the intimate brewery setting offered 50 attendees the opportunity to mix, mingle, and enjoy times with friends to kick off the new month.
The April Fool’s show is organized in conjunction with Daniel Shaw of Boonies Comedy; an organization dedicated to bringing world class comedy to small venues across Ontario. Both Shaw and McLarty are staunch supporters of fostering the local stand-up scene, and their efforts continue to draw notable artists to the region for performances throughout the year.
