With Thornbury and Clarksburg being home to seven antique and vintage shops, the need to unite the antiquing community remains strong. The Thornbury Antique Show brings dealers from all parts of Ontario together, and collectors from far and wide look forward to seeing what unique treasures they can find.

The show features 25 dealers and welcomes around 1500 visitors annually. Dealers specialize in furniture, jewelry, clothing, memorabilia, and unique Canadiana and mid-century modern collectibles. It also doubles as a means to showcase the area’s shops to drive more business to the local economy.

Event organizers Dan and Kara Bowles have loved collecting since their youth, and as shop owners themselves, they are passionate about helping other businesses and dealers succeed through continuing the decades-long legacy of running this particular show.
