Lorne McDermott is a passionate oil painter inspired by nature and Georgian Bay. He is “Hooked On The Feeling” that happens when he is moved by something he sees while riding his Harley Davidson; pulls over to sketch that scene and that sketch becomes the inspiration for what he will create on canvas at The Loft Gallery in Thornbury. He has aspirations to paint Canada from the back of his Harley and is heading to P.E.I this summer for the East Coast stretch of this journey.
