Harnessing motivation to exercise, stay fit, and make room for social activities can be challenging during the long winter months, so Mutable Arts in Meaford is offering a new class to do just that.
Latin Fitness; an aerobics-style dance class taught by Niguiar Rodriguez, is a new offering at the Meaford dance and aerial arts studio, and so far participants are loving it. Studio director Georgie Donais is delighted to be offering both full session registrations and weekly class drop-ins as a means of encouraging new students to try the class out without the pressure of committing to a full six-week block.
Participants learn the foundations of a variety of Latin dance styles including salsa, merengue, and Cuban conga, all while getting to know new people and enjoying time for self care and self expression.
The classes began January 29th and will be running until March 5th. For more information, visit https://www.mutablearts.ca/
